Whats a good example of a big breakfast and would it be smart to eat a protein bar everyday between lunch and dinner or possible breakfast and lunch?
The books I’ve read pretty much say that the ideal breakfast is a whey protein shake followed by a work out session and a big meal afterward.
Protein bars differ. Some have 29g of sugar whereas others only have 8 or 15g. I’d recommend eating it early in the day. I personally don’t eat protein bars as they are expensive and I can get better nutrients from chicken.
